VULNERABILITY DETAILS	This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Mitsubishi Electric E-Designer. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within processing of TxStaticString sections of a mpa (project specification) file. An out-of-bounds value for the column specification will cause a user-supplied string to be written to an arbitrary memory address. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code in the context of the Administrator.
