Trend Micro Apex One Incorrect Permission Assignment Denial-of-Service Vulnerability
Vulnerability Details
This vulnerability allows local attackers to create a denial-of-service condition on affected installations of Trend Micro Apex One. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the Security Agent. The issue results from incorrect permissions set on a resource used by the service. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to create a denial-of-service condition on the system.
